Proud to claim FULL ACCREDITATION through Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC) a division of AdvancED. Accreditation establishes rigorous quality standards and validates the educational quality of schools through on-site reviews. AdvancED/NWAC is acknowledged by the US Department of Education as one of the six (6) regional accreditation agencies for K-8 education.

AdvancED Standards for Quality

There is no one type of school. Nor is there just one approach to teaching and learning. Yet regardless of a school’s size, location, philosophy or education model, it benefits from intensive, ongoing diagnostic reviews of its work, carried out by knowledgeable, well-trained, independent reviewers.

That’s why the AdvancED Standards for Quality require each school to be reviewed in a way that is appropriate to its mission and purpose.

These Standards are research-based, comprehensive quality statements that describe conditions and factors that contribute to a quality educational experience and operational effectiveness.  Our research confirms our beliefs that every school requires:

  • stable governance, management, and lea
  • a coherent course of study;
  • a reliable system by which to assess students’ progress;
  • instructors who have a clear understanding of what they aim to teach, how, and why; and
  • access to the resources they need.

We recognize that these basic criteria can be met in any number of ways and that effective instruction looks very different school to school. No matter your method, style or philosophy, the AdvancED Standards for Quality provide direction for every institution.

Community Service Projects

One of our goals at CCCS is that our students will have Christ-like confidence that comes from being immersed in a joyful and supportive environment. We pray that our students will develop the interpersonal skills to work cooperatively and effectively with others, bearing fruit and becoming salt and light in the community.

Some of our community service projects include Operation Christmas Child, Thanksgiving food boxes, Christmas Carols at Rose Valley, Heifer Project, Columbia Pregnancy Center bottle drive, Christmas letters to the Military, Spring community cleanup, and performance programs for the community.
