CCCS Full Day Kindergarten

CCCS has offers a full day Kindergarten program since 2009. Our Kindergarten program reinforces academic, spiritual and social development by laying a foundation in phonics, reading, writing, math, science, social studies, bible, PE, art, music, technology, and library.  The classroom maximum student capacity is 16.  This program provides an environment of quality instruction and assessment time favoring a child-centered whole child development approach.

A child enrolling in Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st.  If your child will not be 5 years old by September 1st, but will be 5 by October 1st, parents must submit ALL of the following;

-Proof your child has completed at least one full year at a licensed preschool (not a
childcare center).
-CCCS Kindergarten Readiness Form, completed by the child's preschool teacher.

Children who have not attended preschool and will not be 5 by October 1st and will be administered a Kindergarten Readiness Test to determine if they are eligible for our program. A Kindergarten check list is available by clicking the attachment below.
